Federal Practice Seminar

The Federal Practice Seminar will be held February 19, 2014, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the new federal courthouse located at 501 West Fifth Street in Austin.

In order to be admitted to the Western District of Texas, attorneys must either attend the seminar in person or watch a video of the seminar. Attending the seminar in person provides the additional benefits of allowing attorneys to take a tour the new federal courthouse and to meet the Austin federal judges. Five federal judges will be presenting: Judges Sparks, Yeakel, Mott, Austin, and Lane.
